House sales across Turkey decreased by 25.3% to 102.660 in October compared to the same month of the previous year . In the same period, the number of houses sold to foreigners decreased by 8.8% to 5377. House sales to foreigners in September were 5077 units. Antalya took the first place with 2.123, followed by Istanbul with 1,658 and Mersin with 490 house sales, respectively.
In October, citizens of the Russian Federation bought 2023 houses from Turkey. Russian citizens were followed by Iran with 498, Iraq with 310 and Ukraine with 216 houses.
